Our project history is varied and lengthy – we’ve been in business for over 15 years! We selected two recent residential and one business project we completed to inspire you, as you consider the possibilities for your space.
Home near Park Hill High School
We painted the exterior of this three story home and repaired the wood rot around several windows. As with all our painting projects, the job started with cleaning the area of dirt and debris (when left intact, dust, dirt and debris will reduce the longevity of the paint and degrade its look). We started with a wash, then scraped, repaired, cleaned, and finally painted (and cleaned up). The wooded area in the back of the house beautifully enhanced the gold-tassle color of the paint we used.

Single Level Cottage
We used a traditional exterior paint combination of white with black shutters on this Shawnee Mission cottage. Minor wood rot repair was also needed to restore the full charm of this home. The exterior process started and ended with thorough cleaning: clean, repair, clean, prime, paint, clean. After completing the outside we updated the look and feel of the interior by repairing walls and painting living room walls, ceiling and trim, dining room walls, ceiling and trim, kitchen, a main hallway, one bathroom and two bedrooms.

Metropolitan Energy Center
We undertook a complete remodel of the mid-town offices of the Metropolitan Energy Center. After the 100 year old building was devastated by a flood, our team painted five interior rooms with complementary colors, fixed drywall problems, repaired soffetts and laid new tile.
